Job Objective

This role will lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships, contributing directly to the organization’s expansion and long-term objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Look for potential business leads and convert into business.
  • Implement the sales plan in line with the company business plan.
  • Promote Insurance Products to the market.
  • Doing the necessary documentation process and updating the sales report.
  • Establish and develop the new business and maintain the existing business.

    Job Requirements

    Experiences

    • Minimum (2) year experience in a relevant field.

    Competencies

    • Good in communication & Negotiation skills.
    • Strong in selling skill.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate, preferably in the fields at sales and marketing.
    • Computer Literate
    • Proficiency in English language
