Job Description

Job Objective

This role will lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships, contributing directly to the organization’s expansion and long-term objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Industry Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a clear business development roadmap focused on acquiring three new industries within the fiscal year.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential sectors for expansion.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify, approach, and build strategic relationships with potential partners and stakeholders within target industries.
    • Lead negotiations and discussions to structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
    • Tasked with acquiring partnerships across three different new industries within the fiscal year.
  • Project Execution & Coordination:
    • Manage the end-to-end acquisition process for each targeted industry— from lead generation and stakeholder engagement to onboarding and activation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership plans.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track progress against annual acquisition targets, ensuring timely updates to senior management.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports, industry insights, and partnership performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership & Support:
    • Guide and support junior team members in lead generation and partnership engagement activities.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on performance and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Experiences

  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance field with the relevance experience in the sales channel

Competencies

  • Deep understanding of sales and performance management.
  • Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative performance evaluation criteria
  • Experience in working with team.
  • Sales management process and performance.
  • Facilitate presentation skills.
  • Team development

Qualifications

  • Prefer Business Related- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma
  • Prefer Attending Master’s Degree
