Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities

  • Business Development Support:
    o Assist in identifying and pursuing new partnership and business
    development opportunities.
    o Conduct industry and market research to support strategic decision
    making.
  • Proposal & Documentation:
    o Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations,
    partnership pitches, and documentation.
    o Assist in drafting Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs),
    contracts, and reports in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
  • Relationship Management:
    o Maintain regular communication with existing partners and internal
    stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
    o Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities
    with current and prospective partners.
  • Project Coordination:
    o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, legal) to
    support the execution of partnership initiatives.
    o Track progress of partnership-related projects, ensuring deliverables
    and timelines are met.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    o Monitor partnership performance and compile reports on KPIs, ROI,
    and engagement levels.
    o Analyze data and provide insights to support partnership strategy
    improvements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Prefer Business Related- Master’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma

Experiences

  • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance field with the relevance experience
    in the sales channel

Competencies

  • Deep understanding of sales and performance management.
  • Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative performance evaluation criteria
  • Experience in managing sales staffs.
  • Sales management process and performance.
  • Facilitate presentation skills.
