Job Objective
This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth, innovation, lead generation and value creation. This role involves leading a team, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating long-term relationships with business partners, including corporate agent, individual agencies, industry stakeholders, etc.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement the department’s vision, strategy, and goals in
o alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
o Lead and mentor the Business Partnership team to achieve high
o performance and departmental KPIs. - Partnership Development & Management:
o Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
o Oversee the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring
mutual value and compliance with internal policies.
o Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, continuously exploring
ways to enhance collaboration. - Business Growth & Innovation:
o Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product,
Finance) to co-create partnership-driven solutions.
o Leverage market insights and partner feedback to identify new revenue
streams and opportunities for expansion. - Stakeholder Engagement:
o Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and events to
promote the brand and explore potential collaborations.
o Act as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to
ensure smooth communication and project execution. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
o Monitor partnership performance and ROI, providing regular reports and
strategic insights to senior management.
o Continuously assess and improve partnership frameworks, processes, and
Tools.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of Working experience in Financial Services
- Development of Business Plans
